Refund policy
At Cielo Noir, we want every piece to fit the way it was designed to. If something isn't right, here's how exchanges and returns work.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different size or colour within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging intact. To start an exchange, message us on WhatsApp at +92 328 5105601 or email us with your order number, and we'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Cielo Noir does not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Approved returns are issued as store credit or exchanged for another item of equal value. A refund to your original payment method is only issued if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked Final Sale
- Items without original tags or in visibly worn/washed condition
- Innerwear and other items excluded for hygiene reasons
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
